People of Chipotle

Quick serve restaurants have notoriously high turnover, and Chipotle is no exception. There is a constant need to attract and retain talent at all levels. One of the first projects I pursued in my role as Senior Creative Analyst for Talent Branding was creating a career-focused social media presence.

After an audit of similar accounts, I noticed that most lacked first-hand testimonials from employees. Having worked closely with our restaurants, I knew that many Chipotle employees had inspiring stories to tell. I put these stories at the forefront of the People of Chipotle Instagram account.

After the initial creation of the accounts, my responsibilities included managing Chipotle’s Talent Brand Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts. These accounts have featured over 100 restaurant and corporate employees, requiring frequent coordination of photoshoots across North America and interviewing employees. Additional responsibilities included content creation and copywriting.
